| Looking for the right home for our family was a long process that lasted about a year. With one child and another on the way it was very important that we have a small yard and our own place for our family to grow. | Shannon gets my highest recommendation. I met Shannon in March of 2008 when I was looking to rent a house. Even though that was a small transaction, Shannon was instrumental in helping me to find a house in the exact area I was looking. One year later, I was in a position to buy a house. I once again contacted Shannon knowing her skills and expertise were exacly what I needed in finding the house I was looking for. Shannon was patient during the search for a house to fit my needs even while external circumstatnces made it difficult to make a firm offer. She apprised me of market conditions and kept me well-informed so that when I was able to make an offer, the seller accepted my offer over others who were interested in the same property at that time. That was not the end of Shannon's help as she made sure that all necessary items after the contract signing including inspections and walkthroughs were successfully completed. Even when issues arose necessitating contract contingencies, Shannon was right there making sure that the necessary changes were completed. As a seller or buyer, the best thing a client can ask for is to feel that the client is a high priority. From renting a house to buying a house, I always felt as I was a priority with Shannon even when I inundated her with what were probably a few too many emails checking on status. Do not look elsewhere when you are buying or selling a house. Go with Shannon and you will get what you are looking for. People just don't give away the awards Shannon has earned on a whim. Clients and peers recognize her talents and you will also. |
